Dit besluit treedt in werking op 1 januari 2017. Op dat moment wordt het Besluit Beschermd Wonen, Maatschappelijke Opvang en Vrouwenopvang 2016 ingetrokken.
Dit besluit geldt voor alle meldingen die na de inwerkingtredingsdatum, zoals bedoeld in lid 5.1.1, zijn ingediend.
Dit besluit wordt aangehaald als: Besluit beschermd wonen en opvang 2017.
