**1.** Aan het Centraal Informatiepunt Beroepen Gezondheidszorg wordt de status van agentschap, als bedoeld in artikel 10, eerste lid, van de Comptabiliteitswet 2001, verleend.
**2.** De tenaamstelling van het agentschap komt te luiden: agentschap Centraal Informatiepunt Beroepen Gezondheidszorg.
