De infectieziekten behorende tot groep C zijn: anthrax, bof, botulisme, brucellose, Carbapenemaseproducerende Enterobacteriaceae, chikungunya, dengue, gele koorts, hantavirusinfectie, heamophilus influenza infectie, pneumokokkenziekte, legionellose, leptospirose, listeriose, malaria, meningokokkenziekte, mrsa-infectie, psittacose, q-koorts, tekenencefalitis, tetanus, trichinose, tularemie west-nile virusinfectie, ziekte van creutzfeldt-jakob, zikavirusinfectie.
