Dit besluit wordt aangehaald als: Besluit tot implementatie van richtlijn 2009/111/EG.
Treedt in werking op het tijdstip waarop de Wijzigingswet Wet op het financieel toezicht (implementatie richtlijn 2009/111/EG) (Stb. 2011/669) in werking treedt.
