**1.** The provisions of the Convention shall be applied to this Agreement.
**2.** If a multilateral agreement concerning any matter covered by this Agreement, accepted by both Contacting Parties, enters into force, the relevant provisions of that agreement shall supersede the relevant provisions of the present Agreement.
