Art. 6 Verdrag inzake de zetel van het Permanente Hof van Arbitrage — Protection of the Headquarters

1. The Appropriate Authorities shall exercise due diligence to ensure that the security and tranquillity of the Headquarters are not impaired by any person or group of persons attempting unauthorised entry into, or creating disturbances in, the immediate vicinity of the Headquarters. As may be required for this purpose, the appropriate authorities shall provide adequate police protection on the boundaries and in the vicinity of the Headquarters. 2. If so requested by the Secretary-General, the Appropriate Authorities shall provide a sufficient number of police for the preservation of law and order in the Headquarters.
