Art. 17 Verdrag tussen de Regering van het Koninkrijk der Nederlanden en de Regering van de Republiek Trinidad en Tobago inzake luchtdiensten tussen en via de Nederlandse Antillen en Trinidad en Tobago

1. In a spirit of close cooperation, the appropriate authorities of the Parties shall consult each other from time to time with a view to ensuring the implementation of, and satisfactory compliance with, the provisions of the present Agreement. 2. Either Party may at any time request consultation with the other Party for the purpose of amending the present Agreement, such consultation to begin within a period of sixty (60) days from the date of the request unless the Parties agree to an extension of this period. 3. Any modification of the Annex to the present Agreement shall be agreed upon in writing between the Aeronautical Authorities and shall take effect on a date to be determined by the said authorities.
