For the purpose of this Treaty:
"AMSCO" means the African Management Services Company BV;
"Government" means the Government of the Kingdom of the Netherlands;
"IFC" means the International Finance Corporation;
"Staff Member" means a person appointed or employed by AMSCO, other than a person recruited and assigned to hourly rates of pay;
"Official activities of AMSCO" include its administrative activities and activities undertaken pursuant to the United Nations Development Programme Project, as defined in the ATMS Project Document, and the IFC-AMSCO Implementation Agreement.
