Art. 22 Protocol inzake de voorrechten, vrijstellingen en immuniteiten van de Europese Organisatie voor Telecommunicatiesatellieten (EUTELSAT) — Signature, Ratification, Accession and Reservations

1). This Protocol shall be open for signature at Paris from 13 February 1987 to 31 December 1987. 2). All Parties to the Convention, other than the Headquarters Party, may become Parties to this Protocol by: signature not subject to ratification, acceptance or approval; or signature subject to ratification, acceptance or approval, followed by ratification, acceptance or approval; or accession. 3). Ratification, acceptance, approval or accession shall be effected by the deposit of the appropriate instrument with the Depositary as defined in Article 25 of this Protocol. 4). Reservations to this Protocol may be made in accordance with international law and may withdrawn at any time by a statement to that effect addressed to the Depositary.
