Art. 25 Protocol inzake de voorrechten, vrijstellingen en immuniteiten van de Europese Organisatie voor Telecommunicatiesatellieten (EUTELSAT)

1). The Director General shall be the Depositary for this Protocol. 2). The Depositary shall, in particular, promptly notify all Parties to the Convention of: any signature of this Protocol; the deposit of any instrument of ratification, acceptance, approval or accession; the date of entry into force of this Protocol; the date when a State has ceased to be a Party to this Protocol; any other communications relating to this Protocol. 3). Upon entry into force of this Protocol, the Depositary shall transmit a certified copy of the original to the Secretariat of the United Nations for registration and publication in accordance with Article 102 of the Charter of the United Nations.
