**1.** The Institute shall communicate to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Kingdom of the Netherlands from time to time a list of its personnel.
**2.** The Institute shall inform the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Kingdom of the Netherlands in each instance of the appointment or departure of members of its personnel.
