Art. 9 Verdrag tussen het Koninkrijk der Nederlanden en het Europees Ruimte Agentschap inzake het Europees Centrum voor onderzoek en technologie-ontwikkeling op ruimtevaartgebied

1. The Agency shall be liable for any injury or damage resulting from activities, on the territory of the Netherlands, of the Agency, its staff or its experts, acting or failing to act within the limits of their functions. Without prejudice to the provisions of Annex I to the Convention such liability shall be governed by the laws of the Netherlands and be without prejudice to any rights of recourse contracted by the Agency. 2. The Agency shall hold the Government harmless from any obligation arising out of a claim made against the Government at the request of a third party, as a consequence of the activities mentioned in paragraph 1 of this Article.
