Art. 5 Regionale Overeenkomst betreffende het gebruik door de Omroepdienst van golven in de middengolfbanden in de gebieden 1 en 3 en in de langegolfbanden in gebied 1 — Notification of Frequency Assignments

1. Whenever an administration intends to put into use an assignment in conformity with the Agreement it shall notify this assignment to the I.F.R.B. in accordance with the provisions of Article 9*or the corresponding article of the Radio Regulations currently in force. of the Radio Regulations. Any such assignment recorded in the Master Register as a result of the application of the provisions of Article 9*or the corresponding article of the Radio Regulations currently in force. of the Radio Regulations, shall, in addition to a date in Column 2a or Column 2b, bear a special symbol in the Remarks column. 2. In relations between Contracting Members, all frequency assignments brought into use in conformity with the Agreement and recorded in the Master Register shall be considered to have the same status, irrespective of the dates entered in Column 2a or Column 2b for such assignments.
