Art. 3 Verdrag tussen het Koninkrijk der Nederlanden en de Internationale Organisatie voor Migratie inzake de juridische status, de privileges en immuniteiten van de Organisatie en haar medewerkers in Nederland — Funds, assets and other property

a). The Organization, its funds, assets and other property, wherever located and by whomever held, shall enjoy immunity from every form of legal process, except in so far as in any particular case the Organization has expressly waived its immunity. It is, however, understood that no waiver of immunity shall extend to any measure of execution. b). Funds, assets and other property of the Organization, wherever located and by whomsoever held, shall be immune from search, seizure, requisition, confiscation, expropriation and any other form of interference, whether by executive, administrative, judicial or legislative action. c). To the extent necessary to carry out the functions of the Organization, funds, assets and other property of the Organization, wherever located and by whomsoever held, shall be exempt from restrictions, regulations, control or moratoria of any nature.
