Artikel 7

Facilities and immunities in respect of communications and publications

1. The Government shall permit the Organization to communicate, freely and without a need for special permission, for all official purposes, and shall protect the right of the Organization to do so. 2. The Organization shall have the right to use codes and to dispatch and receive official correspondence and other official communications by courier or in sealed bags which shall be subject to the same privileges and immunities as diplomatic couriers and bags. 3. No censorship shall be applied to the official communications of the Organization. 4. Nothing in paragraphs 2 and 3 in this Article shall be construed to preclude the adoption of appropriate security precautions determined by agreement between the host State and the Organization.
