Art. 22 Verdrag tussen het Koninkrijk der Nederlanden en de Republiek Gambia inzake luchtdiensten tussen en via hun respectieve grondgebieden — Applicability of Multilateral Agreements and Conventions

1. The provisions of the Convention shall be applicable to this Agreement. 2. If a multilateral agreement or convention, accepted by both Contracting Parties, concerning any matter covered by this Agreement, enters into force, the relevant provisions of that multilateral agreement or convention shall supersede the relevant provisions of this Agreement. 3. The Contracting Parties may consult each other to determine the consequences for the Agreement of the supersession, as mentioned under paragraph 2 of this Article and to agree upon required amendments to the Agreement. Wijzigingen van de Bijlage, door de luchtvaartautoriteiten onderling overeengekomen, zijn niet opgenomen.
