Art. 5 Notawisseling houdende een verdrag tussen het Koninkrijk der Nederlanden en het Verenigd Koninkrijk betreffende de huisvesting van een deel van de diplomatieke missie van het Verenigd Koninkrijk in het Ministerie van Buitenlandse Zaken van het Koninkrijk der Nederlanden te 's-Gravenhage

a. The United Kingdom agrees that the Netherlands retains overall control over the building, including the office and agrees that it shall comply with any instruction with respect to the safety and security of the building from the Secretary General of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs or persons acting under her authority. b. Each time the office is accessed by persons other than the staff of the mission of the United Kingdom the access shall be recorded and be notified in advance to the deputy head of the mission by the Secretary General of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs or persons acting under her authority. In case of fire or other emergency requiring prompt protective action, or in the event that the Dutch security staff have reasonable cause to believe that such an emergency has occurred or is about to occur in the office, the consent of the mission to any necessary entry into the office shall be presumed.
