Deze tekst geldt sinds 1 januari 2016

1. The provisions of Article 2 and 3 shall not apply to taxes and duties that are no more than charges for public utility services; 2. Goods acquired under Article 2, 4 or imported under Article 3 shall not be sold given away, or otherwise disposed of, except in accordance with conditions agreed with the Government; 3. No exemption shall be granted under Article 2,3 or 4 in respect of goods purchased or imported, or services provided, for the personal benefit of the staff members of AMSCO.
