Art. 14 Interim-verdrag tussen het Koninkrijk der Nederlanden en de Republiek Kosovo betreffende de vestiging van de Kosovo Relocated Specialist Judicial Institution in Nederland — Freedom of financial assets from restrictions

1. Without being subject to any financial controls, regulations, notification requirements in respect of financial transactions, or moratoria of any kind, the Kosovo Relocated Specialist Judicial Institution may freely: purchase any currency, hold and use it; operate accounts in any currency; purchase, hold and use funds, securities and gold; and transfer its funds, securities, gold and currencies to or from the Host State, to or from any other country, or within the Host State and convert any currency held by it in any other currency. 2. The Kosovo Relocated Specialist Judicial Institution shall enjoy treatment not less favourable than that accorded by the Host State to any intergovernmental organization or diplomatic mission in respect of rates of exchange for its financial transactions.
