Art. 19 Interim-verdrag tussen het Koninkrijk der Nederlanden en de Republiek Kosovo betreffende de vestiging van de Kosovo Relocated Specialist Judicial Institution in Nederland — Personnel recruited locally and not otherwise covered by this Agreement

1. Personnel recruited locally in the Host State by the Kosovo Relocated Specialist Judicial Institution and not otherwise covered by this Agreement shall be accorded immunity from legal process in respect of words spoken or written and all acts performed by them in their official capacity for the Kosovo Relocated Specialist Judicial Institution. Such immunity shall continue to be accorded even after termination of their employment with the Kosovo Relocated Specialist Judicial Institution. During their employment, they shall also be accorded such other facilities as may be necessary for the independent performance of their functions for the Kosovo Relocated Specialist Judicial Institution. 2. The terms and conditions of the employment of personnel recruited locally by the Kosovo Relocated Specialist Judicial Institution and not otherwise covered by this Agreement shall be in accordance with the relevant resolutions, decisions, regulations, rules and policies of the Kosovo Relocated Specialist Judicial Institution.
