Waiver of privileges, immunities and facilities provided for in Articles 17, 18, 19, 20, 21, 22 and 23

1. The privileges, immunities and facilities provided for in Articles 17, 18, 19, 20, 21, 22 and 23 of this Agreement are granted in the interests of the Kosovo Relocated Specialist Judicial Institution and not for the personal benefit of the persons themselves. 2. The immunity of any person granted under this Agreement shall be waived as set out in Law No. 04/L-274 of the Republic of Kosovo in any particular case where the immunity would impede the course of justice and can be waived without prejudice to the purpose for which it is accorded; or the interests of the Kosovo Relocated Specialist Judicial Institution.
