The Kosovo Relocated Specialist Judicial Institution shall make provisions for appropriate modes of settlement of: disputes arising out of contracts and other disputes of a private-law character to which the Kosovo Relocated Specialist Judicial Institution is a party; disputes involving any person referred to in this Agreement who, by reason of his or her official position or function in connection with the Kosovo Relocated Specialist Judicial Institution, enjoys immunity, if such immunity has not been waived.
