Art. 42 Interim-verdrag tussen het Koninkrijk der Nederlanden en de Republiek Kosovo betreffende de vestiging van de Kosovo Relocated Specialist Judicial Institution in Nederland

1. This Agreement shall be concluded for a period of one year. 2. This Agreement shall cease to be in force upon entry into force of a Host State Agreement under Article 2(2) of this Agreement, if the seat of the Kosovo Relocated Specialist Judicial Institution is removed from the territory of the Host State or if the Kosovo Relocated Specialist Judicial Institution is dissolved, except for such provisions as may be applicable in connection with the orderly termination of the operations of the Kosovo Relocated Specialist Judicial Institution at its seat in the Host State and the disposition of its property therein, as well as provisions granting immunity from legal process of every kind in respect of words spoken or written or acts done in an official capacity. 3. The provisions relating to the inviolability of the funds, assets, archives and documents of the Kosovo Relocated Specialist Judicial Institution shall survive termination of this Agreement. 4. The Host State shall be notified in a timely manner with respect to the dissolution of the Kosovo Relocated Specialist Judicial Institution.
