Art. 25 Verdrag betreffende de vestiging van het Galileo-referentiecentrum tussen het Koninkrijk der Nederlanden, de Europese Commissie en het Europese GNSS-Agentschap

25.1. Nothing in the Agreement shall be interpreted as restricting or adversely affecting the right of the Hosting State to take precautions necessary for its security. Whenever the Hosting State intends to take such precautions, it shall inform the Commission and within the scope of its responsibilities the Agency as soon as circumstances allow in order to determine by mutual agreement the measures necessary to protect the interest of the GRC and of the European Union. 25.2. The Agreement shall enter into force on the date of its signature by the Parties. 25.3. The Agreement shall remain in force until 31 December 2036. Subsequently, it shall be automatically renewed for consecutive periods of 20 years if none of the Parties gives notice at least two years before the expiry of that particular period. 25.4. The Agreement may be amended, by mutual written agreement of the Parties.
