Personnel recruited locally and assigned to hourly rates by OCHA and not otherwise covered by this Agreement shall be accorded immunity from legal process in respect of words spoken or written and all acts performed by them in their official capacity for the Centre. The terms and conditions of employment of such individuals shall be in accordance with the relevant Regulations of OCHA.
