Art. 24 Verdrag inzake luchtdiensten tussen het Koninkrijk der Nederlanden en de Republiek Sudan

1. This Agreement shall enter into force on the first day of the second month following the date on which the Contracting Parties have informed each other in writing that the formalities and constitutional requirements for its entry into force in their respective countries have been complied with. 2. The Agreement between the Government of the Sudan and the Government of the Kingdom of the Netherlands for the establishment and operation of air services between and beyond their respective territories, signed at Khartoum on 12 February 1956, shall cease to have effect on the date of entry into force of this Agreement.
