41.1 Stations on board aircraft may communicate, for purposes of distress, and for public correspondence137)41.1.1 Stations on board aircraft may communicate, for public correspondence purposes as long as watch is maintained on the frequencies provided for safety and regularity of flight., with stations of the maritime mobile or maritime mobile-satellite services. For these purposes, they shall conform to the relevant provisions of Chapter VII and Chapter IX, Articles 51 (Section III), 53, 54, 55, 57 and 58 (see also Nos. 4.19, 4.20 and 43.4). (WRC-07)
