Art. 15 Luchtvaartverdrag tussen het Koninkrijk der Nederlanden, ten behoeve van Curaçao, en de Tsjechische Republiek

1. An airline designated by one Contracting Party shall file to the aeronautical authorities of the other Contracting Party for approval at least thirty (30) days in advance the timetable of its intended services, specifying the frequency, type of aircraft, times, configuration and number of seats to be made available to the public and period of timetable validity. The same procedure shall apply to any modification thereof. 2. If the designated airline wishes to operate supplementary flights besides those covered in the timetables, it shall request permission from the aeronautical authorities of the other Contracting Party. Such request shall usually be submitted at least two (2) working days before operating such flights.
