Art. 17 Luchtvaartverdrag tussen het Koninkrijk der Nederlanden, ten behoeve van Curaçao, en de Tsjechische Republiek

1. The designated airline of one Contracting Party shall be entitled, in accordance with the laws and regulations in force in the territory of the other Contracting Party relating to entry, residence and employment, and on the basis of reciprocity, to bring into and to maintain in the territory of the other Contracting Party its representatives and commercial, technical and other specialist staff reasonably required for the operation of the agreed services. 2. The representatives and staff shall be subject to the laws and regulations in force in the territory of the other Contracting Party. 3. Subject to the laws and regulations in force in the respective territories, the designated airlines of both Contracting Parties shall have the right to establish in the territory of the other Contracting Party an office or offices for the promotion of air transport and sale of the air services.
