Art. 21 Luchtvaartverdrag tussen het Koninkrijk der Nederlanden, ten behoeve van Curaçao, en de Tsjechische Republiek

1. If either of the Contracting Parties considers it desirable to amend any provision of this Agreement, such amendment shall be agreed upon by the Contracting Parties and shall be confirmed in writing through diplomatic channels. Such amendment shall enter into force in accordance with the provisions of Article 26 of this Agreement. 2. In the event a general multilateral convention related to international air transport and affecting the relations between the two Contracting Parties enters into force, this Agreement shall be amended to conform to the provisions of such multilateral convention in so far as those provisions have been accepted by both Contracting Parties.
