Art. 18 Verdrag inzake luchtdiensten tussen het Koninkrijk der Nederlanden, ten behoeve van Curaçao, en de Republiek Malta — Airline Representation and Sales

1. The designated airline(s) of each Contracting Party shall have the right, in accordance with the laws and regulations of the other Contracting Party relating to entry, residence and employment, to bring into and maintain in the territory of that other Contracting Party their representatives and commercial, technical, operational and other specialist staff who are required for the promotion or provision of air services. 2. The designated airline(s) of one Contracting Party shall have the right to establish in the territory of the other Contracting Party an office or offices for promotion of air services and sale of the air services, subject to the laws and regulations in force in the territory of the latter Contracting Party.
