Art. 23 Verdrag inzake luchtdiensten tussen het Koninkrijk der Nederlanden en de Democratische Socialistische Republiek Sri Lanka — Applicability of Multilateral Agreements and Conventions

1. The provisions of the Convention shall be applicable to this Agreement. 2. If a multilateral agreement or convention, accepted by both Contracting Parties, concerning any matter covered by this Agreement, enters into force, the relevant provisions of that multilateral agreement or convention shall supersede the relevant provisions of this Agreement. 3. The Contracting Parties may consult each other to determine the consequences for this Agreement of the supersession, as mentioned under paragraph 2 of this Article and to agree upon required amendments to this Agreement.
