1. The Register, its funds, assets and other property, wherever located and by whomsoever held, shall enjoy immunity from every form of legal process in the host State, except in so far as in any particular case the Conference of Participants has expressly authorised the waiver of this immunity. Such a waiver shall not be held to imply a waiver of immunity in respect of the execution of judgments. 2. Funds, assets and other property of the Register, wherever located and by whomsoever held, shall, in the host State, be immune from search, seizure, requisition, confiscation, expropriation and any other form of interference, whether by executive, administrative, judicial or legislative action. 3. To the extent necessary to carry out the functions of the Register, funds, assets and other property of the Register, wherever located and by whomsoever held, shall be exempt from restrictions, regulations, control or moratoria of any nature.
