Art. 32 Gastlandverdrag tussen het Koninkrijk der Nederlanden en de Raad van Europa betreffende de zetel van het register van schade veroorzaakt door de agressie van de Russische Federatie tegen Oekraïne — Entry into force and termination

1. This Agreement shall enter into force on the day of its signature. 2. This Agreement shall cease to be in force by mutual consent of the Parties, if the seat of the Register is removed from the territory of the host State, if the Register is dissolved or if the adequate and necessary funding for the annual budget of the Register has not been procured, except for such provisions as may be applicable in connection with the orderly termination of the operations of the Register at its headquarters in the host State and the disposition of its property therein, as well as provisions granting immunity from legal process of every kind in respect of words spoken or written or all acts performed in an official capacity under this Agreement.
