Art. 6 Gastlandverdrag tussen het Koninkrijk der Nederlanden en de Raad van Europa betreffende de zetel van het register van schade veroorzaakt door de agressie van de Russische Federatie tegen Oekraïne — Law and authority on the premises

1. The premises shall be under the control and authority of the Register as provided for in this Agreement. 2. Except as otherwise provided in this Agreement and in the Council of Europe’s or the Register’s governance documents and regulations and staff rules promulgated thereunder concerning employment conditions of officials, the laws and regulations of the host State shall apply on the premises. The Council of Europe and the Register shall promptly inform the host State of any such existing regulations and rules and promptly advise the host State of any newly adopted regulations and rules. 3. The Register may display such signs, plaques, flags, and emblems on the premises as it deems appropriate. 4. The Register may expel or exclude persons from the premises for violation of its regulations.
