**1.** The Air Transport Agreement between the Republic of Cote d’Ivoire and the Kingdom of the Netherlands, signed at Abidjan on 9 October 1963, shall cease to have effect, in the relations between Cote d’Ivoire and the European part of the Netherlands, on the date of entry into force of this Agreement.
**2.** This Agreement shall enter into force on the first day of the second month following the date of the later written notification through diplomatic channels by which the Contracting Parties have informed each other that the formalities and constitutional requirements for its entry into force in their respective countries have been complied with.
