Art. 11 Gastlandverdrag tussen het Koninkrijk der Nederlanden en het Ontwikkelingsprogramma van de Verenigde Naties betreffende het kantoor van het Ontwikkelingsprogramma van de Verenigde Naties in ‘s-Gravenhage — Funds, assets and other property

1. The Office, its funds, assets and other property, wherever located and by whomsoever held, shall enjoy immunity from every form of legal process, except insofar as in any particular case the Secretary-General has expressly waived its immunity. It is understood, however, that no waiver of immunity shall extend to any measure of execution. 2. Funds, assets and other property of the Office, wherever located and by whomsoever held, shall be immune from search, seizure, requisition, confiscation, expropriation and any other form of interference, whether by executive, administrative, judicial or legislative action. 3. To the extent necessary to carry out the functions of the Office, funds, assets and other property of the Office, wherever located and by whomsoever held, shall be exempt from restrictions, regulations, controls or moratoria of any nature.
