Art. 25 Gastlandverdrag tussen het Koninkrijk der Nederlanden en het Ontwikkelingsprogramma van de Verenigde Naties betreffende het kantoor van het Ontwikkelingsprogramma van de Verenigde Naties in ‘s-Gravenhage — General cooperation between the Office and the host State

1. Whenever this Agreement imposes obligations on the competent authorities, the ultimate responsibility for the fulfilment of such obligations shall rest with the Government of the host State. 2. The host State shall promptly inform the Office of the office designated to serve as the official contact point and to be primarily responsible for all matters in relation to this Agreement, as well as for any subsequent changes in this regard. 3. The Head of the Office, or an official designated by the Head of Office, shall serve as the official contact point for the host State and shall be primarily responsible for all matters in relation to this Agreement. The host State shall be informed promptly about this designation and of any subsequent changes in this regard.
