**1.** The Office shall possess full juridical personality in the host State. This shall, in particular, include the capacity:
to contract;
to acquire and dispose of movable and immovable property; and
to institute legal proceedings.
**2.** For the purpose of this Agreement, the Office shall be represented by the Head of the Office.
