**1.** Each Party may terminate this Agreement by means of a written notice through diplomatic channels.
**2.** The termination shall take effect on the first day of the second month following the month in which the notification of termination is received by the other Party.
**3.** The termination of the Agreement shall not release the Parties from any obligations contracted during its application.
