The Director General shall inform a Party to the Protocol whenever a staff member or expert takes up or relinquishes his duties in the territory of that Party. Futhermore, the Director General shall regularly notify all Parties to the Convention of the names and nationalities of the staff members to whom the provisions of Article 9 of this Protocol apply.
