1 Any Contracting Administration shall have the right at any time to terminate its participation in the Agreement by a communication sent to the Secretary-General, who shall inform the other Members of the Union in the European Broadcasting Area.
2 Such termination of participation shall take effect after a period of one year from the date of receipt, by the Secretary-General, of the said communication.
