Art. 7 Interim-verdrag tussen het Koninkrijk der Nederlanden en de Republiek Kosovo betreffende de vestiging van de Kosovo Relocated Specialist Judicial Institution in Nederland — Protection of the premises and their vicinity

1. The competent authorities shall take all effective and adequate measures to ensure the security and protection of the Kosovo Relocated Specialist Judicial Institution and to ensure that the tranquility of the Kosovo Relocated Specialist Judicial Institution is not disturbed by the intrusion of persons or groups from outside the premises or by disturbances in their immediate vicinity, and shall provide to the premises the appropriate protection as may be required. 2. If so requested by the Registrar, the competent authorities shall, in consultation with the Registrar, to the extent it is deemed necessary, provide adequate protection, including police protection, for the preservation of law and order on the premises or in the immediate vicinity thereof, and for the removal of persons therefrom. 3. The competent authorities shall take all reasonable steps to ensure that the amenities of the premises are not prejudiced and that the purposes for which the premises are required are not obstructed by any use made of the land or buildings in the vicinity of the premises. 4. The Kosovo Relocated Specialist Judicial Institution shall take all reasonable steps to ensure that the amenities of the land in the vicinity of the premises are not prejudiced by any use made of the land or buildings in the premises. 5. The Kosovo Relocated Specialist Judicial Institution shall provide the competent authorities with all information relevant to the security and protection of the premises.
